Terms of Service

Terms and conditions for using Memolith service. Please read carefully before use.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Memolith service ("Service") provided by Memolith. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Content

The Service is an AI-powered meeting assistant that provides features such as AI-generated meeting minutes from recorded meetings. Memolith may change the Service content without prior notice.

3. Account

An account is required to use the Service. Users are responsible for providing accurate and current information and securely managing their passwords. Please notify us immediately if account information is compromised or misused.

4. Billing and Payment

The Service offers both free and paid plans. For paid plans, users must pay the specified fees. Prices may change without notice. Payment should be made by credit card or other specified methods.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Acts that infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of Memolith or third parties
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Unauthorized access or misuse of accounts
  • Other acts deemed inappropriate by Memolith

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to Memolith or legitimate rights holders. Users retain intellectual property rights to content created through the Service but grant Memolith the right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for service provision and improvement.

7. Disclaimer

Memolith makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, etc. of the Service. Users use the Service at their own risk, and Memolith assumes no responsibility for damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Service Suspension/Termination

Memolith may suspend or terminate all or part of the Service in the following cases:

  • When performing system maintenance or updates
  • When service provision becomes difficult due to force majeure such as natural disasters, power outages, or communication failures
  • When Memolith determines it necessary to suspend or terminate the Service

9. Changes to Terms

Memolith may change these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms become effective when posted on the Memolith website. Users are responsible for regularly checking these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law, and disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
